Launch covers a single location with 24/7 Voice AI, CRM integration, call routing, and transcripts ($449/mo). Scale adds multi-location routing and a unified dashboard—$799/mo for two locations, then $300/mo for each additional location. Enterprise is custom-priced for larger operations with unlimited locations and a dedicated account manager.
What does Hank actually sound like?
Call our demo line and find out. Hank is trained specifically on restoration, so it handles loss types, insurance questions, and scheduling naturally. Most callers don't realize they're talking to AI.
Which CRMs does Hank integrate with?
Hank works with restoration CRMs including Albiware, JobNimbus, Encircle, Xcelerate, Lever360, PSA, and others. It looks up your live schedule and creates jobs in real time. If your CRM has an API, we can integrate with it.
How does call routing work?
You set the rules: route by loss type, region, or on-call rotation. Hank detects voicemails and keeps trying the next technician until someone picks up. You can also set it to ring your team first and only send to Hank after a few rings.
How long does setup take?
About 7 days. We handle AI training, CRM integration, and call routing configuration. You keep your existing phone number.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month billing, no contracts. Cancel with 30 days notice.
What about spam calls?
